Ottawa ON – Ottawa filmmaker Ramona Macdonald, a Lithiuanian-Canadian presently developing the 3-D theatrical feature film Silver Water, Golden Sand , an action packed historical love story to be coproduced with twice Oscar-nominated UK’s Zephyr Films, grew very excited after reading the Ottawa Citizen review about Underground, a novel by Lithuanian Antanas Sileika.
“I’d like to write the screenplay as soon as Silver Water, golden Sand is in the can!” said Ms Macdonald.
Macdonald plans to attend the Ottawa International Writers Festival on May 3 at 8.30 PM., at the Mayfair Theatre, to meet Sileika..
“If Sileika agrees, I will immediately option the property.”
