SEXUAL ASSAULT- REQUESTING THE ASSISTANCE FROM THE PUBLIC
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is currently investigating of a sexual assault which occurred in the area of Marlborough Street South on the 27th of July, 2011. It is alleged that a male inappropriately grabbed a young female and proceeded west bound from the area. The male is described as being 20-25 years of age, approximately 6 feet tall, short brown hair and wearing a white cut off shirt and black shorts. DRUG SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED
Cornwall, ON- Members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Street Crime Unit executed a drug search warrant shortly before 12:00 p.m. on the 28th of July, 2011 at a Hoople Avenue residence. As a result of the investigation two men were arrested and charged 9 drug and criminal code related charges when they were allegedly found to be in possession of controlled substances. Police seized a large quantity of substance believed to be cocaine The total value of seized drugs and property is estimated at $20 000.
Brian Cameron, 34 of Cornwall was charged with 2 counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, proceeds of crime. He was released to appear in court on the 16th of August, 2011.
ASSAULT AND BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, ON- Mathieu Claude Lamarche, 29 of Cornwall was arrested on the 29th of July, 2011. He was bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 28th of July, 2011 at approximately 10:30 p.m. he entered into an altercation at a Second Street West establishment when he assaulted the owner of the property. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Assault and Breach of Probation Order. He was released to appear in court on the 16th of August, 2011.
MISCHIEF AND BREACH OF CONDITIONAL SENTENCE ORDER
Cornwall, ON- Jonathan Roger Charlebois, 23 of Cornwall was arrested on the 28th of July, 2011. He was bound by a Conditional Sentence Order with conditions to abide by full house arrest, abstain from consumption of alcohol, abstain from consumption of drugs, and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 28th of July, 2011 he attended a Ninth Street East address and punched a wall causing damage while being intoxicated. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Mischief Under $5000.00 and breach of Conditional Sentence Order. He was held in custody until court the following day.
MISCHIEF AND BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE
Cornwall, ON- Marc Andre Fournier, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on the 29th of July, 2011. He was bound by a Recognizance with the relevant conditions of not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with a certain female and not to be found within 100 meters of where she may be or any member of her family. It is alleged that on the 29th of July, 2011 he was found to be with the said female and damaged a vehicle by smashing the windows. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Recognizance and Mischief Over $5000.00. He was held in custody until court the following day.
BREAK AND ENTER
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred between the 26th of July, 2011 and the 28th of July, 2011 at a Boundary Road Business. The suspect(s) gained entry to the garage and once inside, stole a Ming welder, Wrenches, vice gripes, air tools, torch wrenches, sockets, pipe wrenches and adjustable wrenches, which may have identifying marks. ROBBERY INVESTIGATION
Cornwall, ON- the Cornwall Community Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public for information relating to a robbery that took placed on the 28th of July, 2011 at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Third Street East near Alice Street It is alleged that a male confronted a female on a scooter and grabbed her purse. The female was able to hold on to her purse and use the scooter as defense. The male fled the area on foot. The female was not injured.
The suspect is describes as a Caucasian male, thin build, with a tattoo on his right forearm of a sword with a snake around it. He was wearing a black baseball hat, reddish-orange t-shirt and blue cut off jeans.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Sharon Ann Jellow, 35 of Kingston was arrested on the 27th of July, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that between the 23rd of December, 2010 and the 28th of March, 2011, she breached her condition by failing to report in person to the Probation Office. She was located and released to appear in court on the 16th of August, 2011 to answer to the charge.
BREACH OF CONDITIONAL SENTENCE ORDER
Cornwall, ON- Mark Rudolph, 26 of Lancaster was arrested on the 27th of July, 2011. He was bound by a Conditional Sentence Order with the condition to obey a curfew between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. It is alleged that on the 27th of July, 2011 shortly prior 1:30 a.m. he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service operating a motor vehicle. He was charged with breach of Conditional Sentence Order and held in custody until court later that day.
BREAK AND ENTER
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the 27th of July, 2011 at a Cumberland Street address. The suspect(s) gained entry to the garage by an broken door. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole a Power Arc 4000 welder. FIRE DESTROYS FAMILY DWELLING
The South Dundas Fire Department attended however the structured was totally destroyed. No one was at home at the time and no injuries were reported.
Office of the Fire Marshall was contacted and attended the scene for investigation.
Investigation ongoing.
ASSAULT CHARGES LAID
(North Dundas, On.) – On July 27 at approximately 4:45pm, SD&G officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Church Road in North Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a married couple became engaged in a verbal argument which escalated to a physical altercation.
The 29year old male was from Ottawa was arrested and faces charges of;
- Assault
The male was released on a Promise to Appear in Cornwall Criminal Court on August 30, 2011.
The name of the male is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.

On September 11th 2013 Brian Cameron Starts his 3 month jail sentence for his involvement in the Hoople Avenue Drug bust.
Brian Cameron has died having committed suicide on September 19th 2013.
