BREACH OF UNDERTAKING

 

Cornwall, ON- Raymond Leblond, 51 of Cornwall was arrested on the 6th of October 2011.  He was bound by  the provisions of an undertaking with the conditions to not associate with persons known to have a criminal record and to keep the peace and be of good behavior. It is alleged that on the 6th of October 2011 he was observed in a vehicle with a 23 year old male who had a criminal record. He was stopped by police and charged with Breach of Undertaking. He was released to attend court on the 25th of October 2011.

THEFT UNDER $5000

            Cornwall, ON- Garry Davidson, 47 of Cornwall was arrested on the 6th of October, 2011. It is alleged that he attended an east end department store and stole merchandise. The male was detained by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer and turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division. The male was charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and released to appear in court on the 24th of October, 2011.

 

BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE AND BREACH OF PROBATION

            Cornwall, ON- A 29  year old man from Cornwall was arrested on the 6th of October 2011. He was bound by the provisions of a recognizance with the conditions to abstain from communicating directly or indirectly with a certain individual and to remain 100 meters away from her person, places of residence, schooling and/or employment. He was further bound by the provisions of a Probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 6th of October 2011 he breached a condition of release and was arrested by police. He was held in custody overnight to attend a bail hearing the next day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

BREAK AND ENTER

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred on the 6th of October, 2011 at an Alice Street residence. The suspect(s) gained entry by prying open a window and unlocking the rear door and proceeded to remove a black Emachine Pc including monitor, 2 pair of Nike running shoes, a black Phillips surge protector, 2 white Wii controllers and approximately $150 in change .
