WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Michael Boyer, 43 of Cornwall was arrested on the 21st of February, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on the 7th of February, 2012 he failed to court and a warrant was issued. He was released to appear in court on the 13th of March, 2012.
Cornwall, ON- An 18 year-old Akwesasne female was arrested on the 22nd of February, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on the 15th of September, 2010 she failed to attend for fingerprints and a warrant was sought. She was held in custody until court the following day. Her name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, ON- A 31 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 21st of February, 2012. It is alleged that between the 21st of January, 2012 and the 17th of February, 2012 she continuously contacted her 26 year-old ex-common-law husband. It was also alleged that she removed property. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 5 counts of criminal harassment and theft under $5000.00. She was held in custody until court the following day. Her name was not release as it would identify the victim in this incident.
BREAK & ENTER AND BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Natalie Chartrand, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on the 21st of February, 2012. She was bound by a probation order with the condition of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to have contact with a specific male. It is alleged that on the 24th of December, 2012 she attended a Sydney Street residence and unlawfully gained entry while being with the said male. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with break and enter and 2 counts of breach of probation order. She was held in custody until court the following day.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE

DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- A 62 year-old male was arrested on the 22nd of February, 2012. It is alleged that on the 22nd of February, 2012 he got into an altercation with his 64 year-old wife when he assaulted her. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with domestic assault and released to appear in court on the 15th of March, 2012. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.
DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- Dallas George, 27 of Akwesasne was arrested on the 23rd of February, 2012. It is alleged that on the 23rd of February, 2012 he was detained at the Canadian Boarder Service Agency when he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance believed to be marijuana. He was turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released to appear in court on the 6th of March, 2012.
BREAK & ENTER
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter that occurred between the 20th of February, 2012 and the 22nd of February, 2012 at a Third Street West residence. It is alleged that the suspect(s) gained entry by forcing open the rear door and removing numerous construction materials such as copper piping, electric wire, wood, insulation and Dewalt tools.
