Cornwall, ON- Justin Beauchamp, 30 of Cornwall was arrested on the 31st of March, 2012. He was bound by an undertaking with the relevant conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 31st of March, 2012 he was observed by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division at a local establishment and under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with 2 count of breach of undertaking and held in custody until court the following day.
Cornwall, ON- Guylaine McKenzie, 47 of Cornwall was arrested on the 31st of March, 2012. She was bound by two probation orders with the conditions to keep the peace and abstain from the consumption of alcohol. It is alleged that on the 31st of March, 2012 she was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with 2 counts of breach of probation order and released to appear in court on the 10th of May, 2012.
Cornwall, ON- Laura Green, 39 of Cornwall was arrested on the 1st of April, 2012. She was bound by an undertaking with the conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. She was also bound by two probation orders with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 1st of April, 2012 she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 2 counts of fail to comply with undertaking and breach of probation order. She was held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- An 18 year-old Alexandria man was arrested on the 31st of March, 2012. He was bound by an Youth Criminal Justice Act probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 31st of March, 2012 he got into an altercation with his mother when he damaged property. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with breach of probation order and mischief under $5000.00. He was released to appear in court on the 8th of May, 2012. His name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DRUGS, OBSTRUCT & PERSONATION
Cornwall, ON- Sheroz Khokhar, 20 of Montreal and a 17 year-old Cornwall youth were arrested on the 31st of March, 2012. It is alleged that on the 31st of March, 2012, they were found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be in possession of a controlled substance believed to be marijuana. Upon investigation the male provided a false name to police. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, obstruct police and personation. He was held in custody until court the following day. The 17 year-old youth was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released to an adult to appear in court on the 19th of April, 2012. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC BREACHES AND BREAK & ENTER
Cornwall, ON- A 30 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 1st of April, 2012. He was bound by an undertaking with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was also bound by a probation order with the relevant conditions not to associate, contact or hold any communication directly or indirectly with his 37 year-old ex-girlfriend, not to be within 50 meters of her place of residence, employment or worship and keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 1st of April, 2012 he contacted his 37 year-old ex-girlfriend, attended her residence and attempted to gain entry. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 3 courts with probation order, fail to comply with undertaking and break & enter. He was held in custody until court. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.
