What came first Pastor Tom, that we should love one another or that we should cast out those with chromosome issues ? Are we not all children of God ?
David writes “Are we not all children of God?”. David we are all created by God, so we are all His creature, but in order to be a child of God, you must be born of God, of His Spirit. The result of being born of God is that the sinner submits to the Lord Jesus in salvation by faith. When Jesus is Lord of the life, such rebellious, immoral behavior and live styles cease. There is a new hunger to be like Christ. This is the proof that one born of God and is manifesting “Sonship”.
David if we are God’s children then why would the Lord Jesus say this “…… If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it”(John 8:42-44)?
Those “born of God” love the Lord Jesus, while those not “born of God” live like he Devil and love their sin, and sinful ways.
