CORNWALL Ontario –
The Seaway International Bridge Corporation, Ltd.(SIBC) has re-opened the South Channel Bridge to traffic at this time.
Work has been completed by the SIBC maintenance crew to repair the shift in alignment to the south tower’s east expansion joint. Following an engineering assessment of the repairs, the South Channel Bridge is now open to all traffic with no restriction.
The SIBC is proud of the maintenance crew’s efforts to ensure the safety and security of all patrons on the Three Nations Bridge Crossing as well as our unblemished safety record. SIBC wishes to thank the public for their patience.
