IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, On – Jacques Denis, 56 of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2015 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on July 28th, 2015 the man was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Rosemount Avenue. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 11th, 2015.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Travis Moore, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2015 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged that the Ottawa Police Service had issued a warrant for his arrest and on July 28th, 2015 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held in custody for return to the Ottawa Police Service.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Dustin O’Byrne, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2015 and charged with breaching an undertaking for having consumed alcohol and failing to keep the peace. He was also charged with breaching a probation order for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 28th, 2015 the man was breaching his conditions by drinking alcohol and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Leonard Radley, 52 of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2015 on the strength of outstanding warrants and charged with breaching a recognizance for having consumed alcohol as well as a probation order and recognizance for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man was wanted on warrants for breach offences and on July 28th, 2015 he contacted police to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and during this time was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Dave Hubbard, 57 of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2015 and charged with breaching a probation order and a recognizance for being out past curfew. It is alleged in the early morning hours of July 28th, 2015 the man was found to be breaching his curfew in the area of Second Street West. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
