Seriously? Two months to charge him? And hitting her in the shin? But seeing what the CPS has charged people with this doesn’t surprise me.
Hugger, maybe the old fart should just have his shopping cart licence revoked.
LOL LOL ROLF etc..
About a month ago I was at Wal Mart in South Keys and a man in his 70’s ran into me with his shopping cart and he was steering the cart so fast like the way they drive their vehicles here in Ottawa and I was hurt but never laid a charge. He apologized but I was nasty at him telling him that he should slow down and watch where he was going. I have arthritis and he made matter worse for me.
My husband was with me when the man ran into me with the shopping cart and he couldn’t believe his eyes how reckless people are with shopping carts and is so used to seeing the mentally insane on the roads these days. A person has to be out of their minds to drive on Ottawa’s streets let alone shop in the stores and get run over by a lot of nut cases.
