The market area of Ottawa is mighty bad and always has been. It is one of the very worst areas of Ottawa if not the worst. The market area is not known as Lower Town for nothing.
Uhhhhhh this stabbing was not in the Market. It was at King Edward and Sussex, a very well to do area.
Hugger King Edward and Sussex is Lower Town and not a good area at all. It is not far from the Market area. I remember a few years ago or more where a murder took place in Rockliffe where some students rented an apartment and they were from Barry Ontario. My husband said that these things could happen in a church the way the society has become.
Tell the PM and French Embassy that King Edward and Sussex is not a good area to be in. Other embassies are there too. King Edward and Sussex is NOT Lowertown
