WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Dylan Moses, 33 of Akwesasne was arrested on October 31st, 2016 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on June 21st, 2016 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 31st, 2016 the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – Cheryl Comeau, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on October 31st, 2016 and charged with assault. It is alleged while at a local bar on October 30th, 2016 the woman punched another woman in the eye and police were contacted to investigate. On October 31st, 2016 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 6th, 2016.
IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Cody D’Heilly-Labelle, 29 of Cornwall was arrested on November 1st, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is allege the man was operating a motor vehicle in the early morning hours of November 1st, 2016 while under the influence of alcohol at a local restaurant parking lot. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date.
