IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Dundas) – On November 8, 2016 at approximately 8:59pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle on County Road 2, South Dundas Township. The stop indicated that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Carl PRUNNER (55) of South Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Drive Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired
– Drive Motor Vehicle With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on November 22, 2016
