HARASSING COMMUNICATION, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 33-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on November 24th, 2016 and charged with harassing communication and breach of recognizance for having communicated with her ex-common-law husband. It is alleged during the month of November, 2016 the woman contacted her ex-common-law despite her conditions and police were contacted to investigate. The woman was taken into custody during the investigation, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Brandon Wilson, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on November 24th, 2016 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation conditions and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 24th, 2016 he was located, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Kevin Hope, 22 of Long Sault was arrested on November 25th, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged the man was operating motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Fourteenth Street in the early morning hours of November 25th, 2016. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 6th, 2016.

Cornwall, ON – Dean Pettinella, 36 of Long Sault was arrested on November 25th, 2016 and charged with over 80. It is alleged the man was operating motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Pitt Street north in the early morning hours of November 25th, 2016. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 6th, 2016.
