CORNWALL ONTARIO – Freezing rain alerts have cancelled area school buses this Tuesday. Temps will be rising to near 10c by afternoon. Over 20mm of rain are expected to fall Wednesday as temperatures remain seasonally warm until the weekend.

Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing this morning changing all precipitation over to rain.
