Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 7th, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for being in contact with his ex-girlfriend and for being where she can be found. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on December 7th, 2016 police located the man at his ex-girlfriend’s residence. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim.
Cornwall, ON – Ryan Whitford, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on December 7th, 2016 and charged with breach of undertaking for being in the company of a person under the age of sixteen and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on December 7th, 2016 police found the man in the company of a person under the age of sixteen despite his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
PUBLIC NOTICE
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Community Police Service is asking the public to come forward and contact police if they witnessed an indecent act that occurred on December 3rd, 2016. It is alleged on December 3rd, 2016 at approximately 5:45 p.m. a man was seen exposing himself in the area of First Street and Milleville Avenue. It is believed this incident was witnessed by a young person who was walking in the area and police would like to speak with her. If you have any information about this crime, please contact Cst.
