IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Tayla Leblanc, 23 of Long Sault was arrested on January 28th, 2017 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on January 28th, 2017 when the vehicle she was driving struck a pole a utility pole on Boundary Road. Police attended the scene, took the woman into custody, charged her accordingly and released her to appear in court at a later date.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Anthony Jocko, 18 of Cornwall was arrested on January 28th, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on September 26th, 2016 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On January 28th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Joel Sarault, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on January 26th, 2017 and charged with breaching a recognizance for being out past curfew and for failing to keep the peace. He was also charged with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on January 26th, 2017 the man was found to be in breach of his conditions when police attended his residence. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
