Man, 42, charged with assaulting Parking Enforcement Officer, Warden Avenue and Ellesmere Road area
The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in an Assault Peace Officer investigation.
On Sunday, March 26, 2017, at 3:12 p.m., a man was arrested for assaulting a Parking Enforcement Officer in the Warden Avenue and Ellesmere Road area.
It is alleged that:
– a Parking Enforcement Officer had issued a ticket to a car
– a man confronted the officer and assaulted him
– the officer arrested the man and detained him for police
Ding Zhen, 42, of Toronto, was charged with:
1) Assault Peace Officer
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, 2 p.m., room 407.
