SEXUAL ASSAULT, ASSAULT, FORCIBLE CINFINEMENT
Cornwall, ON – James Sproule, 59 of Cornwall was arrested on June 13th, 2017 and charged with sexual assault, assault and forcible confinement. It is alleged on May 19th, 2017 the man sexually assaulted a woman known to him and held her preventing her from leaving the residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 13th, 2017 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Michael Masson, 30 of Williamstown was arrested on June 13th, 2017 and charged with failing to attend for prints. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on June 7th, 2017 and an investigation ensued. On June 13th, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 27th, 2017.
