Brockville #OPP Charge ASHLEY SULLIVAN DUI After Leaving Road & Hitting Pole 091817

 (PRESCOTT, Ont.) – On September 14, 2017 at 11 p.m. members of the Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a to single motor vehicle collision at the intersection of County Road 21 and Weir Road, in Edwarsburgh /Cardinal Township. At this location, a vehicle left the roadway and struck a hydro pole. There were 5 occupants within the vehicle at the time of the collision. One of the passengers suffered from minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.

The 22 year old driver, Ashley Sullivan, of Brockville, has been charged with:

  • Driving while ability impaired- Motor Vehicle (Alcohol)
  • Driving with more than 80mgs. of alcohol in Blood
  • Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana- under 30 grams

The accused will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on October the 6th, 2017.
