Ottawa man charged with additional child pornography offences

(Ottawa) – On July 6 2017, a Criminal Code search warrant for child pornography offences was executed in the West end by the Ottawa Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) and the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU).

Beau BREAKEY, 49 years old, of Ottawa was charged with:

*       2 counts of Possession Child Pornography s. 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code

*       4 counts of Make Available Child Pornography s. 163.1(3) of the Criminal Code

The Computer Forensics Unit (CFU) and ICE have completed the full examination of digital devices seized at that time.

Today, Beau BREAKEY is charged with additional charges:

*       1 count of Possession of Written Child Pornography s. 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code

*       2 counts of Making Child Pornography s. 163.1(2) of the Criminal Code

*       2 count of Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a person under the age of 18 years of age s. 171.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

*       2 count of Making Available of Child Pornography s. 163.1 (3) of the Criminal Code

*       1 count of Luring under the age of 16 s. 172.1(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

*       1 count of Invitation to Sexual Touching s. 152 of the Criminal Code
