Vehicle through the ice – Ottawa River
(Ottawa) – At 7:37pm on this date, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a call of motor vehicle going through the ice on the Ottawa River, in Constance Bay. OFD and the Ottawa Police attended the scene, and determined that the vehicle was empty. The registered owner was located unharmed.
