ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 16th, 2018 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an argument on July 16th, 2018 the man struck his girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. The man was taken into custody during the investigation, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

Cornwall, ON – Joshua McAlear, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on July 17th, 2018 and charged with breach of undertaking for being outside his residence between certain hours. It is alleged in the early morning hours of July 17th, 2018 the man was found to be in breach of his conditions during a traffic stop. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
