#CCPS Charge Cornwall Couple w Marijuana Trafficking 072518

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 24th, 2018 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting his girlfriend. It is alleged on July 22nd, 2018 the man spoke with his girlfriend, despite his conditions, and police were contacted. On July 24th, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT, THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 57-year-old South Lancaster man was arrested on July 24th, 2018 and charged with criminal harassment and threats. It is alleged the man made threats to harm his ex-wife on March 16th, 2018. It is further alleged the man repeatedly communicated with his ex-wife and attended her residence on multiple occasions between May and July, 2018, despite being warned not to. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On July 24th, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 11th, 2018. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.




POSSESSION, POSSESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAFFICKING MARIJUANA

Cornwall, ON – Fablo Ranieri, 24, and Taylor Bradley, 20, both of Cornwall, were arrested on July 25th, 2018 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana. It is alleged the man and woman were found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana while police were investigating a suspicious vehicle call on July 25th, 2018. During the investigation, the man and woman were taken into custody and charged accordingly. Taylor Bradley was released to appear in court on August 14th, 2018 and Fablo Ranieri was held for a bail hearing.
