(Merrickville, ON) – The Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police Crime Unit is investigating allegations received by the Council and CAO/Clerk of the Village of Merrickville – Wolford related to recorded municipal staff conversations being distributed within the community.
Police are urging anyone that may receive or has received an unexpected package, not to handle the package and call police immediately.

I’m from Stouffville and our Mayor Justin Altmann was in court in Newmarket and ordered to hand over all the confidential doc’t he had hand out to his friends. Your case sounds a lot like ours but the local police have not been contacted yet.
