INVITATION TO SEXUAL TOUCHING
Cornwall, ON – Joseph Page, 62, of Cornwall was arrested on September 15th, 2018 and charged with invitation to sexual touching. It is alleged on September 15th, 2018 the man spoke to a 13-year-old boy unknown to him and asked if he wanted to engage in sexual activity. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 10th, 2018.
