61 Year Old Woman Charged in Cornwall After Smashing Vehicle Window 061819 #cps

DOMESTIC BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 45-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 17th, 2019 and charged with four counts of breach of probation for contacting his ex-girlfriend and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on four occasions throughout May and June, the man contacted his ex-girlfriend, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On June 17th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

THEFT UNDER $5000, THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Luis Rodriguez, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on June 17th, 2019 and charged with theft under $5000, threats, and breach of probation x 2 for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on June 17th, 2019, the man took coffee from a McConnell Avenue business without making any attempt to pay for the beverage. The man further made threats to harm a woman he did not know. Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – A 20-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 17th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged on June 10th, 2019, the man damaged various household items belonging to his ex-girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. On June 17th, 2019 he was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on June 25th, 2019. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Debra Burrows, 61, of Cornwall was arrested on June 17th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged the woman smashed a vehicle window belonging to someone known to her and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 25th, 2019.

  1. Anybody who has to deal with the public has my deepest condolences. This society is the very worst there is and I hope that the Good Lord comes to cleanse this evil world that we live in. This is not the life that I ever wanted in such an evil world as this one.
