POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit recently conducted an investigation into a man being in possession of child pornography. As a result of the ongoing investigation, on June 25th, 2019, members of the ICE Unit, Criminal Investigation Division and Uniform Patrol executed a search warrant at the man’s residence.
Randy Crowder, 57, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with possession of child pornography. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.
The CPS is a member of the Ontario Provincial Strategy to Combat Internet Child Exploitation. This project has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
FAIL TO APPEAR PRINTS, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Sara Bender, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with failing to appear for prints, as well as breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the woman failed to attend for prints on June 17th, 2019 and an investigation ensued. On June 25th, 2019, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.
MISCHIEF UNDER $5000
Cornwall, ON – Ashley Cousineau, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000 and breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the woman damaged a residence window belonging to someone known to her and police were contacted to investigate. On June 25th, 2019, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.
FAIL TO APPEAR PRINTS
Cornwall, ON – Caylum Woods, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with failing to appear for prints. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on June 13th, 2019 and an investigation ensued. On June 25th, 2019, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.
ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR A DANGEROUS PURPOSE, POINTING A FIREARM, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Kevin Berry, 32, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with the following:
• Assault with a weapon x 2
• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
• Pointing a firearm x 2
• Over 80
It is alleged on June 25th, 2019, the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Cumberland Street and Fourth Street. The man then allegedly had an altercation with two men known to him while outside of his vehicle, at which time he pointed a handgun at the men. Police were contacted and took the intoxicated man into custody. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.

Cornwall, ON – Anthony Jocko, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on June 25th, 2019 and charged with failing to appear for prints and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on June 19th, 2019 and an investigation ensued. On June 25th, 2019, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 30th, 2019.
