FAIL TO ATTEND FOR PRINTS
Cornwall, ON – Justin Rainey, 30 of Cornwall was arrested on August 29th, 2019 and charged with failing to attend for prints and breach of probation. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on May 15th, 2019 and an investigation ensued. On August 29th, 2019, a member of the Cornwall Police Service attended the Cornwall Courthouse as the man was in custody on another matter. He was arrested, charged accordingly and remained in custody pending a bail hearing.
Cornwall, ON – Christopher Forget, 36 of Cornwall was arrested on August 29th, 2019 and charged with failing to attend for prints and breach of undertaking. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on April 8th , 2019 and an investigation ensued. On August 29th, 2019, a member of the Cornwall Police Service located the man at the Cornwall Courthouse. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
THREATS
Cornwall, ON – A 28-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on August 29th, 2019 and charged with threats. It is alleged on August 28th, 2019 the woman threatened her ex-common-law husband and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 1st, 2019. Her name was not released as the matter stems from a domestic incident and would identify the victim.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 57-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 29th, 2019 and charged with breach of two probation orders and an undertaking for attending his ex-common-law’s residence. He was also charged with breaches for failing to keep the peace. It’s alleged on August 29th, 2019 the man was located at his ex-common-law’s residence by police. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from domestic incidents and would identify the victim.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – Steven Marsolais, 34 of Cornwall was arrested on August 29th, 2019 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an argument on August 29th, 2019 the man punched two other men known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
