WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Crystal Wagner, 39, of Cornwall was arrested on December 19th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her conditional sentence order and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On December 19th, 2019, a member of the Cornwall Police Service attended the courthouse as the woman was in custody on an unrelated matter. The warrant was executed and the woman remained in custody to await a bail hearing.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON – A 37-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 19th, 2019 and charged with domestic assault and mischief. It is alleged during an argument with his girlfriend on December 19th, the man assaulted her and broke a phone cord. Police attended the residence and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
ASSAULT, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 41-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 19th, 2019 and charged with assault and breach of recognizance for failing to notify a change of address to police. It is alleged on December 14th, 2019, the man assaulted his daughter and police were contacted to investigate. On December 19th, 2019, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
SHOPLIFTING, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Kyle Shaver, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on December 19th, 2019 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on December 19th, the man attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 23rd, 2020.

Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Scott Robinson, 23-years-old, who is wanted for fraud under $5000, possession of property obtained by crime, as well as other charges.
