DANGEROUS OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, MISCHIEF, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Barry Gorman, 60, of Cornwall was arrested on February 6th, 2020 and charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and mischief for obstructing the lawful operation of property. He was also charged with three counts of breach of undertaking for contacting two individuals and attending a certain residence. It is alleged on February 6th, 2020, the man parked his car in the driveway of a particular residence, despite his conditions, and prevented the other vehicles in the driveway from leaving the property. Police attended, at which time the man entered his vehicle and operated it in a dangerous manner, nearly striking a police officer. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
