SHOPLIFTING
Cornwall, ON – Martha Brown-Bazinet, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on March 24th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on March 14th, 2020, the woman attended a Second Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 24th, 2020, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 11th, 2020.
WARRANT, FAIL TO APPEAR FOR FINGERPRINTS
Cornwall, ON – Bradley Bonk, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on March 24th, 2020 on the strength of a warrant for failing to attend court. He was also charged with failing to appear for fingerprints. It is alleged on February 20th, 2020, the man failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints, despite his conditions, and an investigation ensued. On March 24th, 2020, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant, was charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on June 11th, 2020.
MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – Devon Ladouceur, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on March 24th, 2020 and charged with mischief under $5000 and assault. It is alleged during an altercation with two individuals known to him on March 22nd, he assaulted one of the individuals, and caused damage to the other individual’s vehicle. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 24th, 2020, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 2nd, 2020.
ASSAULT X 2, ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY HARM, MISCHIEF UNDER $5000
Cornwall, ON – Aadeeyah Lazore, 19, of Cornwall was arrested on March 24th, 2020 and charged with two counts of assault, assault causing bodily harm, as well as mischief under $5000. It is alleged while at the hospital on March 22nd, 2020, the woman assaulted three nurses, causing an injury to one nurse that required medical attention. It is further alleged the woman damaged a bathroom in the facility. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 24th, 2020, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 11th, 2020.
THREATS
Cornwall, ON – A 47-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 24th, 2020 and charged with uttering threats. It is alleged during an argument with his wife, the man threatened to harm her and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 9th, 2020. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
