Thanks to a good Samaritan Cornwall Police were called after the owners were confronted.
Cornwall Police stated to CFN that the report has been made and that no charge has been laid yet.
Ontario recently updated it’s PAWS laws dealing with animal abuse. Penalties can lead to jail and/or fines.
When Mr. Lalonde confronted the driver and his female passenger he was allegedly threatened. The vehicle was Ontario AX 8572
