The Stormont Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver with impaired driving.
On February 15, 2024, shortly before 1:00 a.m., SD&G officers conducted a traffic stop on county road 2, in the South Dundas Township. Investigation revealed liquor readily available.
Jaede MARRINER-SCHNARR, aged 23, of South Mountain, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available
- No muffler – motor vehicle
- Colour coating obscuring interior
- Driver fail to surrender licence
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on March 12, 2024.
