In these days of ADD attention spans and You Tube clips; really bad reality TV, music in decline, and the splintering of media distribution I just thought I’d remind the world; and when I say world, I mean those that create content and those that buy content what we truly love.
Story. Everyone loves a good story. Not necessarily subject. I mean, look at Titanic. Everyone knew the ship was going down, but Jim Cameron used that as a back drop for the simplest of stories.

I bet many of you who read this list have never seen some of the movies shown. Christmas has always been about movies to me. Going to them and getting new ones to watch. I still love viewing movies on my Laser Disc player. Yes, laser discs; those glorious big LP looking things that are near indestructible.
So Hollywood and the World; as a movie fan I think we need better movie making. When I see what’s playing at The Galaxy here in town I get a bit dismayed. I don’t mind paying the big bucks, but I want my money’s worth!
And speaking of Jim Cameron his new movie AVATAR is coming out soon. The buzz is pretty strong and the pictures are state of the art and out of this world.
