The Job Fair today at the Cornwall Civic Complex (100 Water Street) has been packed all day. Heavy snow didn’t slow the lines; some for as long as two hours have been the norm. If you can walk or take public transportation that’s the way to go as the parking lot has been near full since early this morning.
The fair runs until 8PM tonight and so far the employers I’ve spoken with are quite happy with the amount of qualified and talented people looking for work to fill demands for 2010.
