In 2008, Bishop was able to humanely trap 118 feral cats, which the vets spayed or neutered to help reduce the number of cats being born homeless in the Cornwall area.
More than 2,000 cats were admitted to the Boundary Road OSPCA shelter in 2007, a fact that helped convince hospital manager Carol Evans to get behind Bishop’s program.
In light of the new Cat program I thought I’d add the following video to help inspire people to perhaps not let their cat’s loose outside.
