(January 15, 2010) Cornwall Crossfit is enjoying tremendous success in the city’s downtown core and is now expanding to reach residents in Akwesasne.

Crossfit Akwesasne opens its doors on Monday January 18, 2010 on International bridge Road (behind the Peace Tree Mall).  It will be an open house all day Monday during all scheduled classes so grab your gym gear and try a Crossfit workout free the first day.

Owner and trainer Tyler Touchette along with trainer Kyle Pichie will warm you up, explain the movements, and then have you sweating.  They believe in technique before intensity.  Any movement can be scaled down or made easier depending on the individual.  There is NOTHING you can’t do at Crossfit.

Each day all classes are put through the Workout of the Day (WOD).  Please visit the website for class times and WOD descriptions.  Each class lasts 45 minutes.

There is also a government program available for 20 kids to have a positive quality of life change.  For more information on this program you can talk to Tyler or Kyle.

Cornwall CrossFit is a community of individuals rooted in the strength and conditioning program that is CrossFit. We operate in an environment of encouragement and constructive competition that ensure the achievement of our personal fitness goals.
