Cornwall, ON- Eric Deschesnes, 36 of Cornwall was arrested on May 11th, 2013. The Cornwall Community Police Service received a complaint of a Break and Enter in progress in the 100 block of Prince Arthur St. Police arrived at the residence and located the male in the house. He was arrested and charged with Break and Enter & Commit an indictable offence. He was released on an OIC undertaking with a court date of June 6th, 2013.

            Cornwall, ON- Rebecca Dillabaugh, 33 of Cornwall was arrested on May 10st, 2013. She was bound by a Probation Order and an OIC Undertaking with the conditions to abstain from consuming and possessing alcohol or any other intoxicating substance and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.  It is alleged that early morning of May 10st, 2013 she was found by members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with Breach of Probation Order and fail to comply with Undertaking. She was held in custody for a bail hearing on May 13th, 2013.

(South Dundas) – On 11May13, at approximately 8:45pm, SD&G OPP officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere (RIDE) spot-check at the intersection of County Road 1 and Irish Headline Road, South Dundas Township. While checking a vehicle, it was determined the male driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Wayne AULT (66) of South Dundas was arrested and faces charges of:

– Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle

He is scheduled to appear 11Jun13 in Morrisburg court.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT

(South Dundas) – On 12May13, at approximately 10:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on Riverside Drive, South Dundas Township.

The investigation revealed that a 20yr old female and her 18yr old boyfriend were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in both parties assaulting each other.

Both were arrested and face charges of:

– Assault
– Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana
– Mischief – Domestic

They are scheduled to appear 18Jun13 in Cornwall court.
BREACHED CONDITIONS

(South Glengarry) – On 11May13, at approximately 8:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of female breaching her release conditions on3rd Line Road, South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that a 32yr old female was breaching her earlier release conditions by being in the company of a male that she was not to have any contact with.

She was arrested and faces charges of:

– Fail to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance x2

She was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
(South Glengarry) – On 10May13, at approximately 10:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a female breaching her release conditions on County Road 25, South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that the 18yr old female was breaching her earlier release conditions by being in the company of a male that she was not to have any contact with.

She was arrested and faces charges of:

– Fail to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance x4

She was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.

– 11May13 (7:30pm), SD&G OPP officer stops an eastbound Chrysler on Highway 401, South Dundas….154km/h (posted 100km/h zone).
