The Cornwall Community Police Service is asking public help to find a missing man.
Bernard Lamarche, 57, has not been seen by family members since he left his Eleventh Street East residence at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
He was last seen driving a red Chrysler Cirrus with the licence plate number AXEK 318 on his way to a Cornwall hardware store.
Lamarche is white, stands five feet, seven inches tall and weighs 250 pounds.
He has a heavy build, brown hair, hazel eyes and a moustache.
He was last seen wearing a brown winter jacket, beige pants and black and grey running shoes.
Lamarche wears hearing aids in both ears. Police do not believe foul play has anything to do with Lamarche’s disappearance.
However, the investigating officers are concerned about his welfare and would like to speak to him or anyone with information concerning Lamarche or his whereabouts.
If you locate Lamarche, please contact Det.-Const. Rob Archambault of the Cornwall Community Police Service Criminal Investigation Division as soon as possible by calling 613-933-5000, ext 2470, or ext. 2418.
