Halak Back – Habs Double Up on Kings 4-2 – Sens lose to Leafs?? – NHL SCORES March 7, 2010

Jaroslav Halak was back in nets for Montreal and the trio of Scott Gomez, Brian Gionta, and Benoit Pouliot racked up two points each as the Habs slip back to eighth spot in the Conference.  It’s pretty simple for Montreal.  Win every game and you’ll get in the play offs!

The Habs were playing without Maxim Lapierre who has a four game suspension for his cheap shot as seen in the clip below.

The Habs essentially ran a short bench with the fouth liners getting less than six minutes each.   Meanwhile Mighty Phil Kessell and the Maple Leafs beat Ottawa 2-1 on his two goals.   The Monster, Jonas Gustavsson picked up the win for Toronto.
