Cornwall ON – Fresh from the Labour Council debate last night Cornwall Ontario City Councilor and candidate for mayor, Mark A MacDonald is holding a rally at the Army Navy club at the corner of Montreal Road and Marlborough where candidates for council have the opportunity to speak to the public.
