  1. How do we find out if someone who has stolen stuff from us is being charged?

This person also appeared in court on other chat=rges but, we hear nothing of the results.

Is the court system such that it holds its sessions in camera away from the public eye?

    Rob

  2. You can sit on many proceedings, you can search court cases at sites like canlii.org. and look through Cornwall Police website each week.

I would imagine because of privacy concerns, you will not see many names of people charged, convicted is different.

I have often wondered why we do not have a reporter giving us updates on stories, but if you want something do it yourself.
