Cornwall ON – So the casting has begun on the new Batman flick. Christian Bale needs a love interest and a villain. I say go with Christina Hendricks. Dress her up hot and turn her loose on Gotham City!
Right now the trades are talking up Rachel Weisz (also very hot) and the usual suspects like Blake Lively,
Anne Hathaway, (I can totally see her as a villain) and some way too skinny chicks like Nathalie Portman and Keira Knightley.
I say put some life into one of the female leads and make her too much to handle for Batman.
The Batman franchise has struggled with female leads since Michelle Pfeiffer donned the Cat Woman suit. Even that character was not written terribly well.
