BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Chris St.Andre, 43 of Cornwall was arrested on July 6th, 2012. He was bound by an Undertaking with the condition to abstain from consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. He was also bound by a Recognizance with the condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely as well as a Probation Order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on July 6th, 2012 he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to have consumed alcohol. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 7th, 2012.
Cornwall, ON- Alexandra Latulippe, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on July 7th, 2012. She was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions tokeep the peace and be of good behaviour, not to associate, communicate, contact or hold any communication directly or indirectly with any customers by soliciting, not to attend a certain convenience store on York Street. It is alleged that on July 6th, 2012 she was at the certain convenience store and soliciting. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Probation Order and released to appear in court on August 7th, 2012.
THEFT & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Jason Tyrell, 33 of Cornwall was arrested on July 6th, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order and an Undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on July 6th, 2012 he attended a Water Street store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for the item. He was detained by the store’s lost prevention officer and turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division. He was charged with Theft under $5000.00, Breach of Probation Order and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was released to appear in court on August 7th, 2012.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Dalyn Ranson, 22 of Akwesasne was arrested on July 6th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on April 5th, 2012 a general warrant of committal was issued. He was located and held in custody until court the following day.
Cornwall, ON- Darren George, 49 of Cornwall was arrested on July 6th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on December 2nd, 2011 a warrant was issued by the Ottawa Police Service. He was located, turned over to members of the Ottawa Police Service and held to appear in court in Ottawa.
Cornwall, ON- Thomas Cholette, 35 of Ottawa was arrested on July 7th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding Probation warrant. It is alleged that on June 4th, 2012 a probation warrant was issued for failing to report. He was released to appear in court on August 7th, 2012.
Cornwall, ON- A 15-year-old Akwesasne youth was arrested on July 8th, 2012. The youth was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions not to be away from the residence between the hourse of 8:00 pm and 6 a.m. and abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely or being found anyplace where alcohol is sold save restaurants. It is alleged that during the early hours of July 8th, 2012 the youth was located under the influence of alcohol and breaching his conditions. The youth was charged with 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance and held in custody until the following day.
IMPAIRED OPERATION & OVER .80.
Cornwall, ON- Zachary Heath, 22 of Ingleside was arrested during the early hours of July 8th, 2012. It is alleged that he operated a motor vehicle on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol when he collided with a bridge column. The male suffered minor injuries and transported to hospital. He was charged with Impaired Operation and further testing resulted in a charge of Over .80. He was released to appear in court on July 17th, 2012 to answer to the charges.

Cornwall, ON- Joeanna Lee Gagne, 24 of Cornwall was arrested during the early hours of July 9th, 2012. It is alleged that on July 9th, 2012 while at the Canadian customs a member of the Canadian Border Service Agency found her under the influence of alcohol. She was turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division and transported for further testing which resulted in a charged of Over .80.. She was released to appear in court on July 19th, 2012.
BREACHES & MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON- Kristopher Kirkey, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on July 8th, 2012. He was bound by Recognizance of Bail with the conditions to not be away from my residence between the hours of 6pm and 6am except in the company of my surety and to abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely. He was also bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on July 8th, 2012 at approximately 3:30 a.m. he was away from his residence while under the influence of alcohol. While at the Cornwall Community Police Service station he caused damaged to property. He was charged with 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance, Breach of Probation Order and Mischief Under $5000.00. He was held in custody until court the following day.
THREATS
Cornwall, ON- A Cornwall couple, both 29 of Cornwall were arrested on July 8th, 2012. The male was bound by two Probation Orders with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on July 8th, 2012 the couple threaten a 24-year-old neightbour. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. They were both charged with Utter Threat to cause death and the male was also charged with Breach of Probation Order. They were both released to appear in court on August 7th, 2012 to answer to the charges. Their names were not released as it would identify the victim in this matter.
