PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUESTED
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service are currently seeking the public’s assistance for anyone that would have witnessed the motor vehicle collision at Food Basic on Second Street East involving a motor vehicle and motorcycle.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Jordan Gravely, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on August 10th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on April 29th, 2012 she got into an altercation with a 19-year-old female when she assaulted her. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with assault and released to appear in court on September 18th, 2012.
Cornwall, ON- A 19-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 11th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attended court on August 2nd, 2012 and a warrant was issued. He was located and released to appear in court on August 28th, 2012. His name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
UNLAWFULLY IN A DWELLING & BREACH
Cornwall, ON- A 28-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 11th, 2012. The male was bound by 2 Probation Orders with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that during the early hours of August 11th, 2012 he attended his 25-year-old ex-girlfriend’s residence and gained entry without permission. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order and Unlawfully in a Dwelling. He was released to appear in court on September 18th, 2012. His name was not released as it may identify the victim.
DOMESTIC MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON- A 19-year-old Cornwall female was arrested on August 11th, 2012. It is alleged that she caused damage to her 24-year-old ex-boyfriend’s vehicle. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Domestic Mischief and released to appear in court on September 11th, 2012. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim.
DOMESTIC BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 48-year-old Cornwall female was arrested on August 11th, 2012. She was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with her 56-year-old ex-boyfriend. It is alleged that between August 9th and 11th, 2012 she contacted her ex-boyfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order and released to appear in court on September 25th, 2012. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- An 18-year-old Cornwall male was arrested on August 12th, 2012. It is alleged that on August 11th, 2012 he assaulted two 15-year-old males which were strangers to him. The victims suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Assault and released to appear in court on September 27th, 2012. His name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT & CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, ON- A 56-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 12th, 2012. It is alleged that during the month of May 2012, he got into an altercation with his 48-year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her. The victim was not injured. It is also alleged that between August 1st, 2012 and August 8th, 2012 he drove by her residence and sent her letters. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Domestic Assault and Criminal Harassment. He was released to appear in court on September 11th, 2012. His name was not released as it would identify the victim.
IMPARIED OPERATION & OVER 80
Cornwall, ON- Robert MacInnes, 64 of Cornwall was arrested in the early morning hours of August 12th, 2012. It is alleged that he operated a motor vehicle on Fifth Street West while under the influence of alcohol. The male was charged with Impaired Operation and transported for further testing which resulted in a charge of Over. 80. He was released to appear in court on August 28th, 2012.
POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Cornwall, ON- A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on August 10th, 2012. It is alleged that on August 10th, 2012, a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service found him in possession of stolen property. The youth was charged with Possession of Stolen Property and released to an adult to appear in court on September 6th, 2012. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
