ASSAULT WITH WEAPON & POSSESSION OF WEAPON DANGEROUS

            Cornwall, ON- Marlon Johnson, 36 of Cornwall was arrested on November 22^nd, 2012. It is alleged that on November 18^th, 2012 he got into an altercation with a 42-year-old at a local establishment when he struck his with a baton. The victim was transported to hospital for medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Assault with a weapon and  Possession of a weapons dangerous. He was released to appear in court on December 18^th, 2012.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY

            Cornwall, ON- Clint Frappier, 39 of Casselman was arrested on November 21^st, 2012. It is alleged that on November 21^st, 2012 he was found in possession of stolen stainless steel items by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division. He was charged with possession of stolen property and released to appear in court on December 18^th, 2012.

MISCHIEF & ASSAULT

            Cornwall, ON- A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on November 21^st, 2012. It is alleged that on November 21^st, 2012 she caused damaged to property and uttered threats to group home staff. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Mischief under $5000 and Utter Threats to cause Bodily Harm. She was released to an adult to appear in court on December 27^th, 2012. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

WARRANT

            Cornwall, ON- Earnest Gatien, 50 of Cornwall was arrested on November 20^th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on November 19^th, 2012 an order for Committal Warrant was issued. He was located and held in custody until court the following day.

            Cornwall, ON- Kellen Sunday, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on November 20^th, 2012 under the strength of two outstanding warrants. It is alleged that on November 13^th, 2012, a bench warrant was issued for failing to appear in court and a warrant in the first instance was issued for the original charge of theft under.  He was released to appear in court on December 18^th, 2012.

ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER CAUSE BODILY HARM & BREACH

            Cornwall, ON- Calvin Ceasor, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on November 20^th, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on November 20^th, 2012 while in custody, he assaulted a 65-year-old Cornwall Community Police Service Special Constable. The victim was transported to hospital for medical treatment. He was charged with Assault Peace Officer cause bodily harm and Breach of Probation Order. He was held in custody until court later that day.

ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM

            Cornwall, ON- Brigitte Gareau, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on November 20^th, 2012. It is alleged that on October 28^th, 2012 she assaulted a 37-year-old female stranger while at a local establishment. The victim suffered injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm and released to appear in court on December 18^th, 2012.
