OVER 80
Cornwall, ON- A 17-year-old Akwesasne female was arrested shortly after 3:20 am on December 29th, 2012 when she was found operating a motor vehicle on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with Over 80 and turned over to an adult to appear in court on January 10th, 2013.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Matthew Hemlock, 31 of St.Regis, Quebec, was arrested on December 29th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on April 28th, 2012 he fled from police and caused damage to property at the Canadian port of entry in Cornwall. A warrant was issued. He was detained by the Brockville Ontario Provincial Police and turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service. He was charged accordingly and held in custody until court the following day.
FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON- Kellen Sunday, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on December 29th, 2012. It is alleged that on November 23th, 2012 he failed to attend for fingerprints. He was charged with Fail to attend for fingerprints and released to appear in court on February 19th, 2013.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- A 46-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 29th, 2012. It is alleged that on December 29th, 2012 he got into an altercation with his 36-year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her and threaten her. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Domestic Assault and Utter Death Threats. He was held in custody until court the following day.
