THEFT UNDER AND BREACH

            Cornwall, ON- Tyler Jodoin, 21 of Ingleside was arrested on July 9^th 2013.  He is bound by a Probation Order and an Undertaking with the relevant condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on July 9th, 2013, he attended a Ninth Street grocery store and removed a sandwich. He was subsequently stopped by store security and police were contacted. He was charged with Theft under $5000.00, Breach of Probation and Breach of Undertaking. He was then released to appear in court on the 23^rd of July 2013.

              Cornwall, ON- Gail Walker, 56 of Cornwall was arrested on the 9^th of July 2013.She was bound by a probation order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 9^th of July 2013 she attended local grocery store and attempted to remove lottery tickets without making any attempt to pay for them. She was stopped by store security and police were contacted. She was charged with Theft under $5000 and breach of probation. She was released with a court date of the 1^st of August 2013.

Cornwall, ON- Kellan Sunday, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on the 9^th of July 2013.He was bound by a probation order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 12^th of June 2013 he failed to appear for prints and further more on the 9^th of July 2013 he attended a department store on Brookdale Ave. and removed shampoo without making any attempt to pay for it. He was stopped by store security and police were contacted. He was arrested for Theft under $5000, Breach of probation X2 and fail to attend for prints. He was held in custody to appear for a bail hearing the 10^th July 2013.                        

 WARRANT

          Cornwall, ON- William Cooper, 29 of Cornwall was arrested on July 9th, 2013. It is alleged that on the 2^nd of July, 2013 he failed to attend for court and a bench warrant was issued. He was also bound by a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He attended police headquarters and turned himself in. He was subsequently released and is scheduled to attend court the 1^st of August 2013.

            Cornwall, ON- Jason Gougeon, 33 of Cornwall was arrested on July 9th, 2013. It is alleged that on June 25^th, 2013 he failed to attend for court and a bench warrant was issued and that 2 other warrants existed. He was subsequently located by police and arrested then held in custody for bail the 10^th July 2013.

BREACHES

Cornwall, ON- Mathieu Lamarche, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on July 9^th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour as well as a Recognizance with conditions to report to Cornwall police in person. It is alleged that on 8^th July, 2013 he failed to report in person. An investigation followed and he was located by police and charged with breach of Probation and breach of recognizance. He was held in custody for a bail hearing the 10^thJuly 2013.

THEFT   Cornwall, ON- James Quinn 29 of Cornwall was arrested on 8^th July 2013.  He was bound by an undertaking with the conditions keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 8^th of July 2013 he attended a Pitt Street store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation followed.  He was charged with Theft under $5000 and Breach of his conditions. He was released to appear in court on the 29 August 2013.

FRAUD               Cornwall, ON- Matthew Brunet ,21 of Saint Jean Lavaltrie, Quebec was arrested on the 8^th of July 2013.He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on December 4^th and 18^th 2012 he attended a local bank and deposited empty deposit envelopes into his account. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of fraud under $5000, and 1 count of Breach of Probation. He was released to appear in court on the 1^st of August 2013.

THEFT   Cornwall, ON- Cory Sabourin, 34 of Cornwall was arrested on the 8^th of July 2013. He was bound by an undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 8^th of July 2013 he attended local convenience store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation followed.  He was charged with Theft under $5000 and Breach of Undertaking. He was held for a bail hearing the 9^th of July 2013.
