BREACHES
Cornwall, ON –A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 7th of August, 2013 and charged with two counts breach of a Recognizance and one count of breach of Probation. It is alleged that on the 30th of July, 2013 the youth who has conditions of not to be away from his residence, not to contact certain persons and to keep the peace was spotted entering a residence of a person that he’s not to have contact with. An investigation then ensued. On the 7th of August, 2013 the youth was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police at his place of work, taken into custody and charged accordingly. The youth was then brought to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

(South Glengarry) – On 02Aug13, at approximately 8:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on Concession 5, South Glengarry Township. The investigation revealed that a male’s ex- spouse attended his residence and damaged a window.
The 34yr old female was arrested and faces a charge of:
– Domestic-Mischief
She is scheduled to appear 20Aug13 in Cornwall court.
(North Glengarry) – On 05Aug13, at approximately 5:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on Dominion St. Alexandria On.
The investigation revealed that a female and her 18yr old boyfriend were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in the male damaging the residence.
He was arrested and faces a charge of:
– Mischief Under $5,000
He is scheduled to appear 20Aug13 in Cornwall court.
IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Stormont) – On 03Aug13, at approximately 10:00pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on the Long Sault Parkway, South Stormont Township.
The 33yr old male driver (Bradley EZARD of Cornwall, On) was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 27Aug13 in Cornwall Court.
(North Glengarry) – On 03Aug13, at approximately 1:15am, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 22, North Glengarry Township.
The 46yr old male driver (David Grant of Ottawa, On) was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 27Aug13 in Cornwall court.
(South Glengarry) – On 02Aug13, at approximately 6:30pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 2, South Glengarry Township.
The 59yr old male driver (Ronald BONHOWER of Cornwall, On) was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 27Aug13 in Cornwall court.
TRAFFIC STOP NETS DRUGS
(South Glengarry) – On 03Aug13, at approximately 06:30am, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township.
The stop resulted in the seizure (small amounts) of suspected marihuana and cocaine. The 24yr old male driver (Brant PARKER of Oakville, On) was arrested and faces charges of:
– Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana
– Possession Schedule II Cocaine
– Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
He is scheduled to appear 16Oct13 in Alexandria court.
STOLEN VEHICLE
(North Glengarry) – On 02Aug13, at approximately 10:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a theft of a motor vehicle on Massiedale Road, North Glengarry Township.
The investigation revealed that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) attended a residence and removed a 2009 Yamaha Grizzly ATV (all-terrain vehicle) from the yard.
