FRAUD
Cornwall, ON – Christopher Tessier, age 19, of Cornwall was arrested on October 18th, 2013. He is bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that between September 17th and 18th, 2013 he made several empty envelope deposits and subsequent withdrawals at an instant teller machine of a local financial institution. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. He was charged with Fraud Under $5000 and Breach of Probation. The financial institution suffered a loss of over $100.00. He was released to appear in court on November 21st, 2013.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 15 year old Cornwall female was arrested on October 18, 2013. She is bound by two Recognizance Orders with the relevant conditions to observe a curfew of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. She was found to be breaching her conditions on Alice Street. She was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Recognizance. She was held for a Bail Hearing on October 21st, 2013.
IMPAIRED
Cornwall, ON – Adam Delormier, age 29, of Akwesasne, was arrested on October 19th, 2013. He was found to be operating a motor vehicle in the area of the International Bridge on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and an investigation was conducted. He was charged with Impaired and Over 80. He was released to appear in court on October 29th, 2013.
Cornwall, ON – Tammy Delormier, age 33, of Akwesasne, was arrested on October 20th, 2013. She was found operating a motor vehicle at the Canada Border Services Agency on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. She was charged with Impaired and Over 80. She was released to appear in court on October 29th, 2013.
DOMESTIC
Cornwall, ON – A 29 year old Cornwall male was arrested on October 19th, 2013. He is bound by two Probation Orders with the relevant conditions to abstain from alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that between October 7th and 12th, 2013, he consumed alcohol, pushed his 28 year old girlfriend down a set of stairs, broke a glass vase and pulled down a set of curtains along with the rod and window casing. He was charged with Assault, Mischief Under $5000, and 4 counts of Breach of Probation. The victim did not suffer any injuries. The male was held for a Bail Hearing on October 21st, 2013. The name of the male is not being released in order to protect the identity of the victim.
CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, ON – William Gates, age 66, of Cornwall, was arrested on October 21st, 2013. He is bound by a Recognizance Order with the relevant condition to abstain from the use or possession of drugs. It is alleged that between October 13th and 20th, 2013, he harassed a 27 year old female acquaintance by text message and Facebook message, causing her to fear for her safety. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. William Gates was charged with Criminal Harassment, Breach of Recognizance and Drug Possession. He was held for a Bail Hearing on October 21st, 2013.

(North Dundas) – On 17Oct13, at approximately 6:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a mischief on Main St. Chesterville, On.
The investigation revealed that a 17yr old male youth had damaged a trailer that was parked in the area.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Mischief Under $5,000
– Utter Threats
He is scheduled to appear 03Dec13 in Morrisburg.
The family that drinks and drives together goes to court together. Bet they were in Long Sault.
